   When I was starting a new job in Echo Park in 2001, I did a online search for nearby restaurants where I could have lunch. Since this area is adjacent to Chinatown, most of the eateries were asian. The one that struck me right away was “My Dung Sandwich Shop.” Amazingly, they’re still in business.
