With things like this around nowadays, is it any wonder that so many people are on benefits?
Just because your baby is poor doesn’t mean he doesn’t deserve the best in wetness protection….
I notice the welfare diapers are $13.90 for 48 diapers and you can get 98 Huggies for $20.00….

That’s not 13.90 US dollars… I’m just guess, but that looks like a shelf tag from a Carrefour in China, in which case the price would be in RMB. 13.90 RMB is about 1.50 US dollars.
