OK in that case I’ll just take the natto & gorgonzola pizza instead.
I wouldn’t like the translation (intestine sausage), and I sure wouldn’t like the thing itself, which sounds like it would have me screaming AAAAAAA:

I had one of those things once, it was the most truly awful food I have ever had. Fiendishly disgusting. I have seen them erroneously translated as “Cumberland Sausages” on French menus before - so they can’t get it right either.
Fine, cause I didn’t want it anyway!

I looked it up. Ulp. Makes Haggis sound like chocolate pudding…
It sounds like the restaurant owner is a bit touchy about too many Anglos/Americans asking “what’s andouillette” and responding “Ew! Gross” when told.
