   It seems to be a cafe/pastry shop.

   The bullet-points on right side of the sign say:

   - Coffee
   - Sandwiches
   - Cake
   - Cookies

   and Breast.

   It says above in Korean 브레스트 과자점 which is “Breast Snack Shop”.

   On the right it says that they sell coffee, sandwiches, cake and cookies.
