posted on 6 May 2009 in Fun Pics
Tobacco (cigarette) vending machines in Japan are well known to be sprinkled with English as a design element to make them look ‘cool’. I think some of them promise a bit too much…

I think it’s better than the warning on our cigarettes that smoking kills.
By the way, if my hair is greenish and my ears pale, am I then an elf?
If I didn’t knew better, I think that machine wants me to sleep with it <.<
I think I’m going to start incorporating “What a kaleidoscope!” into my vocabulary.
such a description…. are they sure it’s tobacco? 0_o
Sounds like it’s been around for a while. The url below has a very short discussion (one reply?) on a cigarette vendor… Back in 2001.

I used to smoke that stuff until I caught my greenish hair on fire.
i dont think they really are tobacco cigarrets
Oh, you flatterer! Of course I’ll buy a pack of cigarettes!
I think they are smoking weed in the anime world.
Is this for cigarettes or mushrooms?
