Huangpu District Tourism Map

It was nice of the Huangpu District to provide us with a tourism map, but why bother teasing us with an English title when nothing else is in English!!??

Maybe it’s just late, but does anyone think the Huangpu district looks like a female torso?
I was really cofnuesd, and this answered all my questions.
