Engrish by Google Translator in China

A clever submitter did a bit of research on the Engrish below found at a construction site in Wuhan, China: he input the Chinese in a Google translator and came up with the same exact Engrish translation. So we now know at least one source of Engrish in China: lazy real estate people.

Why spend money on a translator?
The translator should stop thinking in Chinese when translating texts in English.
