Korean President fond of Brazilian men?

Below is a screenshot of an article from the English portion of a Korean publication. Looks like President Lee is either into Brazilian men or he got a nice shave…

    It took me about three looks at this to get the joke. Ever seen the YouTube viral video showing lots of women’s faces as they pull off the tape? Makes me cross my legs just to even watch.
