   Googling on “lithosporically” brings up a number of asian cooking sites, obviously they think it’s a real word, even if the rest of the world doesn’t.
   —
   The “to dig up” menu sounds like it could be sung to the tune of Afrika Bamabata’s ‘Planet Rock’.

   To explain the lithosporic mystery:

   石斑 – short for 石斑鱼, or grouper fish. It literally means “stone spots”, which explains the lithosporic thing.
   扒 – Can mean “steak” (n.) or “dig” (v.).

   So they’re selling fish steak with corn. Simple as that.
