Cheer up! Sign from Korea
This photo of a Korean sign on Flickr has recently been Dugg over a thousand times (photo removed by request of photographer - click on initial link to see). Some people speculated that the drops of sweat was actually puke, but to me it is obviously sweat.
Since the photo does not contain any scenery surrounding the sign, I cannot help but suspect that it is actually Photoshopped. The copyright owner of the photo does have a lot of other neat legit pics though (none of them being Engrish).

He’s sad because he’s supposed to be beHIND the red line.
Maybe it’s tears, since it mentions cheering up. . .
I think it’s tears.
This sign pretty much sums up the past eight years here in the U.S. Are you sure it wasn’t an American sign?
Hopefully things will be better now.

it’s more than likely doctored, but if it were authentic it’s probably sweat. i know there were articles in Korean news papers telling residents to conserve energy and go out side and sit in the shade of trees instead of tuning on the AC
Obviously sweat? Those are obviously tears: it says “Cheer up,” not “Dry off!”
In many East Asian countries (Korea, Japan, China, etc.), sweat is often used in cartoons like this to designate stress. That is why I believe that it is sweat.
Tell that to an emo person
